We have put together a couple of lists of suggestions for you of what to bring when you come trekking, particularly if your trip is for three days or more.
There are two lists depending on the time of year you’re visiting. However, we are high up in the mountains (around the height of Snowdon in Wales, UK, if that gives you any sense of scale). This means the weather conditions can be changeable and unpredictable. It is all part of the charm of being here but can be a bit of a shock if you’re not expecting it!
